On Thursday I was talking with Sharon Autry of Mom and Loving It! and she mentioned this wonderful website called e-mealz.com .
For $5 a month you get access to a great website full of impressive ideas and meal plans. They do all the work for you....create menus, shopping list and even give you the list for your favorite store. They include price checks and keep everything on a budget of around $70 a week.

I actually found this off of a homeschooling site last year. I thought about doing it, especially since they do a walmart list, but I can't remember what made me not do it? If you try it, let me know how it works!
